FEBRUARY THIS WAS THE SNOWIEST FEBRUARY ON RECORD WITH A TOTAL OF 34.8" INCHES BREAKING
         THE OLD RECORD OF 31.0" IN 1899. THIS IS THE 2ND WETTEST FEBRUARY ON RECORD WITH
         5.15" OF PRECIPITAION. THE WETTEST WAS 5.20" IN 1984. QUITE A CONTRAST FROM LAST
         FEBRUARY WHEN IT WAS THE DRIEST ON RECORD WITH ONLY .20" OF PRECIPITATION AND ZERO
         SNOWFALL.
May      Wettest on record with 8.21" of rain breaking the old record of 8.09" in 1989.
      
         May had 21 days with measurable precipitation. That's the most I can ever recall and
         it also did not have any sunny days. I have never seen that happen either.
