Thunderstorms with heavy rain this evening and many tornados across the four state region with least 70 reported. One funnel cloud passed over Hagerstown but did not touch the ground that I know of, although some wind damage did occur in the west end of town near where the funnel passed overhead. Some tornadoes with moderate damage in this County and some nearby Counties reported some heavy damage. 1.61" of rain fell today. 18th: Heavy rain and strong north winds all night long 2.10" of rain midnight - 8am.
