Very cool High only 57 F. for a new record cold maximum for date. DRY PERIOD 4 - 11 WITH NO RAIN AND LIGHT WINDS 12- Few light showers 4-6am and 3-4pm .04" fell. 13- Rain and showers 7:30am - noon .22" fell. WARMER MORE HUMID 17- A light morning shower around 4:30am .01" fell. Warmer and and an increase in the humidity today. 18- Very sultry today. Some showers 8 - 9:30am. Some light rain and one or two claps of thunder 4 -5pm. A Tornado Warning Was issued for Washinton County 5:30-6pm But nothing happend at this station. Wind damage reported near Hancock Md. Rainfall today only .05". HOT 20- Hot and humid 93 F. 21- Very Hot and humid 95 F. 22- Hot and humid. Thunderstorm 1:30pm - 2pm with some sharp close lighning strikes, brief heavy rain .38" and winds to 25 mph. 23- Hot 92 F. 24- Very Hot 96 F. TIED RECORD Set in 1966. 25- Hot again 96 F. close to record of 98 in 1954. 26- Thunderstorm with some light rain 2:30pm -3:15pm and a few light showers after that. Total only .07"
