Winds increased this evening gusting to 29 mph with blowing snow. 23rd: Snow overnight and windy. Snow became heavy by morning with 11.5" at 7am with blowing and drifting snow. Snow and wind all day snow was moderate to heavy at times with blowing and drifting. North winds gusting up to 36 mph. Most snow ended by 8pm with a final total of 24.4". Temperature in 20's all day. 3 and 4 foot drifts in neighborhood. Reports of snow totals nearby are from 20" to 30" across the area. This was the 5th largest snow event on record.
